Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in Seguin, Texas. We offer Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, & Speech Therapy both in our building AND as Out-Patient Therapy for folks who need therapy but have chosen to go home from the hospital instead. 

Our Fast Track Rehab is for patients who are ready to discharge from the hospital, but that still need therapy to get back their strength to fully recover.  Our goal is to work directly with your physician to assist you in getting your independence back in record time!  Our new fully staffed 2200 sq. ft. Rehab Gym has state of the art therapeutic rehab equipment developed specifically for the medical complexities of aging adults.  We offer shortwave diathermy for pain & inflammation, electrotherapy for nerve blocking pain management, muscle spasms, and muscle atrophy as well as muscle re-education.  We even know how to have fun in rehab with our Wii gaming system enjoying golf, bowling, tennis and other sports.  

At Hacienda Oaks you will find Medication Aides dispensing your medication at the correct time, IV Antibiotics & Wound Vac treatments when they are needed, an Activity Program to keep patients engaged in life & having fun 7 days a week, and Respite overnight Care for the family that has a loved one needing 24-hour supervision when you want go on a vacation or family outing.
